Kiteline · For employers and recruiters · Australia
Better hires.
Built on substance.
Kiteline gives companies a ranked shortlist of genuinely matched candidates, and gives recruiters a sharper way to search their own pool. Both run on the same core: matching on what people have actually done, not on how well they wrote their CV.

The platform
One platform. Three sides.
Job seekers upload once and get matched. Companies get shortlists. Recruiters get more out of the candidates they already know.
For companies
A shortlist, not a slush pile.
Describe a role in plain language and review your top 10 matched candidates, each with a written reason. No screening, no keyword filters, no afternoons lost to near-identical applications.
The candidates here are real
Every candidate has uploaded their career history in their own words, not optimised for keywords or tailored to your ad. They've said what they're looking for and chosen to be matched. Some are actively looking; many aren't on job boards at all.
A ranked shortlist in minutes
Paste your role, no rigid template. Kiteline returns your best matches ranked by fit, each with an explanation of why they match.
Matched on real capability
Kiteline compares each candidate's full career history with what the role actually needs. You find people who can do the work, not people who formatted their CV well.
Profiles you can trust
Candidates never see your ad, so they can't mirror your keywords back at you. Every profile is written in their own words.
Reach people who aren't looking
The best people aren't always job hunting. They've said they're open to the right role, and you'll reach them without a job board.
A written reason for every match
Why they fit, what relevant experience they bring, where their strengths line up. Less guesswork, faster decisions.
Candidates say yes before you meet
Choose who you'd like to meet and they're invited. Those who accept share their details with you, along with a CV they've reviewed for your role.
Fairer hiring, built in
You see career summaries: seniority, domain, strengths and the reason for the match. Names, photos and contact details stay hidden until a candidate agrees to share them. Every step has its own checks and guardrails: job descriptions are screened for discriminatory language before a search runs, and shortlists are checked for bias before you see them. One rule runs through all of it: when in doubt, keep them in. A borderline candidate stays on your list rather than being silently filtered out.
How it compares
| What matters | Traditional hiring | Kiteline |
|---|---|---|
| What you review | Hundreds of CVs, most irrelevant | A ranked shortlist with reasons |
| How people are matched | Keyword filters, ATS scoring | Full career history against the role |
| Who you reach | Only people who applied | Active and passive candidates |
| Time to shortlist | Days to weeks of screening | Minutes after you describe the role |
| Bias checks | Optional and inconsistent | On every search, by default |

For recruiters
Your candidates. Matched properly.
Bring your own candidate pool, search it from any job description, and let your notes on each person shape who comes up. Your pool stays private to your firm.
Your own private pool
Upload your candidates' CVs and Kiteline builds a full profile for each one. Only your firm can search your pool.
Match from a job description
Paste a JD and get your best-matched candidates ranked, each with a written reason, using the same matching and checks as a company search.
Your notes shape the matching
What you know about a candidate, like notice period, salary, work type or where they'll travel, is read from your notes and used to filter and rank. A plain-language panel shows how each note was understood.
Checks you don't have to run
Every uploaded CV is checked before it's searchable, and any note that would filter on a protected attribute is flagged back to you to reword.
Candidates who stay current Coming soon
